Aluminum struck medal with obverse showing clothed busts of three men facing left with legend: "BI-CENTENNIAL/JUL.22.1886." Reverse bears seal of Albany at center within beaded border, with scroll inscribed "ASSIDUITY"; legend: "SEAL OF THE CITY OF ALBANY/1688-1886." Punched hole with ring at center top.
