Silver struck medal with obverse showing nude male bust facing right with legend: "OSCAR SVERIGES NORR. GOTH. O. VEN. KONUNG./TILL MINNE AF D. 20 ORC. 1846." Reverse depicts statue upon pedestal with steps; legend above: "CARL XIV JOHAN SEGERSALL FREDSALL."; inscription in exergue: "AF NORRKOPINGS/INVANARE."
