Reverse depicts sailing vessel with inscription: "THE MAYFLOWER/IN WHOSE CABIN WAS SIGNED/THE COMPACT IN/CAPE COD HARBOR/21 NOV 1620." Medal inset into black square cardboard box with burgundy red textile interior.
