White metal struck medal with obverse showing clothed bust of Lincoln facing right, with laurel and oak sprays below; legend: "ABR'M LINCOLN/A FOE TO TRAITORS." Reverse bears inscription surrounded by stars: "MAY THE/UNION/FLOURISH"; legend around border: "NO COMPROMISE WITH ARMED REBELS." Hole punched at top.
