Description: 
Gold-colored metal pin-back bar embossed with a central image of the GAR logo with the words "DEPT. OF/NEW YORK" on either side, attached to a piece of red, white and blue ribbon printed with gold text "DELEGATE", and a small hanging medallion with a central image of a typewriter and "TYPEWRITER/CITY". Square medallion attached to the bottom of the ribbon, inscribed with red, white and blue letters "G A R" above a portrait of a main surrounded by a red oval and the words "39TH ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT/SYRACUSE, N. Y. JUNE 21-22, 1905".
