Metal pin-back bar embossed with "SOUVENIR/G. A. R. ENCAMPMENT 1907/SARATOGA SPRINGS, N. Y." attached to a piece of red, white and blue striped ribbon with a metal pendant on the end. Pendant contains image of an eagle holding a scroll in its mouth ("41ST/NATIONAL ENCAMPMENT GAR/SRATOGA SPRINGS 1907") above three images in circles; one of a portrait of Grant surrounded by the words "GENERAL/U. S. GRANT", another next to it of a cottage surrounded with the words "GRANT COTTAGE/MT. MCGREGOR", and a third below of three Indians in a wheat field encircled by the text "HIGH ROCK SPRING/SARATOGA SPRINGS, N. Y.".
