Silver-plated brass struck medal with obverse showing left facing hatted bust-length portrait of Columbus; legend: "COLUMBUS DAY, HOLYOKE, MASS/ OCT. 12. 1914". Reverse shows building at center; legend: "CORNER-STONE LAYING,/ HOLYOKE COUNCIL No. 90, K. OF C." Loop fused to top.
