Brass struck medal with obverse showing left facing bare headed bust-length profile of Columbus seen from back; legend: "THE WORLD'S COLUMBIAN EXPOSITION/ CHICAGO 1893." Reverse shows building with tower at top left, legend: "CASINO AND MUSIC HALL"; ship at top right, legend: "IMITATION BATTLESHIP"; building at center, legend in exergue. "MANUFACTURES AND LIBERAL/ ARTS/ 78 X 1637 Feet 31 ACRES/ COST $1,500,000."
