Bronze struck medal with obverse showing clothed bust of Lincoln facing right with legend: "FOR A FURTHER UNIFICATION OF THE PEOPLE." Reverse depicts tunnel portals on the New Jersey side with a view of Manhattan in the distance; inscription in exergue: "LINCOLN TUNNEL/DEDICATED 1937/BUILT AND OWNED BY/THE PORT OF NEW YORK AUTHORITY."
