Steel leather punch with two cast, s-curved arms held together with a cylindrical pin; lower halves form the grips with a spring applied to one side to provide resistance; opposite end of the arm has a wheel screwed on, with different sized punches; punch plate applied to the opposite arm; makers' marks stamped on one side.
