Description:
Copperplate-printed cotton kerchief with a facsimile of the Declaration of Independence and signatures in a medallion of oak leaves with the state seals of the thirteen original colonies and portraits of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and John Adams; flags and an American bald eagle at the top; images of the Boston Tea party and the Surrender at Saratoga in the bottom corners; border of cannons and anchors; printed in sepia ink on a white ground.
