Gas mask consisting of a cylindrical black painted metal inhaler attached to rubber and textile face mask with clear plastic window; in rectangular, black leatherette-covered case with hinged lid, key lock, and carrying strap (now detached).

According to the accession records, this gas mask was issued to the donor's wife in London in August 1939. It was brought out of England by special permission in October 1939.
