Description:
Synthetic textile U.S. flag with forty-eight machine embroidered stars in the canton; thirteen red and white stripes; gold synthetic fringe on three sides of the fly; ebony tapered flagstaff in three sections, divided by flared metal cuffs; metal ovoid tip on base, meal cuff at top to hold finial; engraved metal plaque on top section inscribed, "PROPERTY OF/ NEW YORK COURT/ A.& H. A. CO.;" cast metal eagle on a ball finial.
