U.S. presidential campaign flag of Henry Clay; medallion portrait of Henry Clay (1777-1852) in the blue printed canton surrounded by a laurel wreath and a ring of twenty-two stars and four stars in the corners; thirteen red and white stripes with the inscription, "CLAY/ FRELINGHUYSEN./ MARKLE/ & PROTECTIVE TARIFF" in the center of the fly; white cotton hoist with cotton ties at each end and in the center.
