Description:
silver plate fish slice with a downturned, fiddle thread handles with shell decoration; handles engraved with a crest, a dragon on fess; blades rounded and edgded on one side and each come to a point where they meet the opposite, scalloped edge; elaborated floral scroll and dolphin engraved and pierced decoration on both sides of the blades; makers' marks stamped on the blades.
