Description:
Sixty-four comb black painted leather fire helmet with tooled scroll border on brim; black leather frontpiece with firefighting tools painted at center and "NY / EXEMPT / ASSOCIATION / WOS" in gold painted leather lettering; gilded brass eagle frontpiece holder; red wool felt half-lining with drawstring closure.
