Eight comb black painted leather fire helmet with tooled linear decoration on crown and floral vine border on brim; black painted leather frontpiece with "NY EXEMPT ASSOCIATION" and "CT" in gold painted leather lettering; brass eagle frontpiece holder; textile half-lining.
