Fan with carved, pierced, and painted ivory guards and sticks with scroll and Chinoiserie designs, and paper leaf painted on obverse and reverse; obverse with two landscape scenes, one with five figures in the foreground, including standing male fiddle player, and trees and houses in the distance, and one with three strolling figures with bridge and townscape in the distance; reverse with view of an island framed by flowering vine.
