This woman's folding hand fan has a monochrome blue scene of Holland with windmills, boats and people in Dutch clothing. One guard reads " 'Dutch Room' Hotel Martinique, New York". A white tassle is attached to the metal loop. See also 2002.1.1410, 2002.1.1739
