Pair of gold earrings suspended from bent wire hooks, consisting of three octagonal gold pieces joined with double chain links.

These earrings are made from California gold pieces, inscribed with the currency equivalents of $1.00, $.50, and $.25. They were given to the donor's mother by her brother-in-law James Dayton.
