Description:
Silk lithographed broadside with a facsimile of the Declaration of Independence in a garland of the original thirteen states' seals and topped by medallion portraits of Washington, Jefferson, and Adams and flags, cornucopias, and a bald eagle; border of stars; printed in black ink on a white ground.
Gallery Label:
This broadside was engraved after an original by William Woodruff, published in Philadelphia in 1818.
