Description:
Porcelain cup with handle and saucer; both forms enameled with wide blue and gilt wave border and secondary blue and gilt husk border; pseudo arms of New York State appears at center of saucer and opposite handle on cup; figures of liberty and justice flanking shield with scrolled border surmounted by an eagle.
