Wrought silver creamer; oval, tapered body on a stepped oval foot with four convex flutes; foot engraved with a foliate band on upper step and a double band of dots on the lower step; body has four convex flutes, two on each side; concave shoulder flares to a raised and extended pouring rim; plain applied rim with an engraved decorative band below; cast, tapered strap handle with two grooves up the center; bright-cut foliate band below the shoulder; shield reserves on each side draped with swags; maker's mark stamped on the footring.
