Description: 
Wrought silver creamer; oval, boat-shaped body with bulbous gadrooning around the lower body, set on four hollow, cast and chased bird claw and ball feet with chased feathers over the area where they are applied; flared to an applied, die-rolled band of rose garlands; band below a convex shoulder; high, wide pouring rim with an applied, vertical die-rolled egg and dart band; scrolled, cast and chased silver handle; engraved with a three leaf clover over a bar at the back center; engraved initials, "JMC" in script at front center; maker's mark on the base.
