Badge for Pennsylvania representative at the 13th Republican National Convention in Chicago, June 21, 1904; consists of ornate rectangular blue silk pin-back badge tab in gilt metal frame imprinted in gold: "PENNSYLVANIA"; suspended beneath is blue woven silk ribbon with inscription printed in gold: "13TH/REPUBLICAN/NATIONAL/CONVENTION/CHICAGO/JUNE 21, 1904"; ribbon salvages as well as bottom edge decorated with gilt metallic thread galloon; gilt metallic bullion fringe at bottom. Piece of cardboard attached to bottom of ribbon at back for reinforcement.
