Rectangular tortoise shell case with rounded corners and hinged top; top and bottom with inlaid silver mounts, including central medallion with engraved initials "IMD"; inside of case lined with blue moiré silk; top and bottom each have pocket to hold cigars or cigarettes, pocket on bottom has striker.
