Earthenware plate with buff-colored glaze and molded brim with green bands and letters of the alphabet in relief; at center, black transfer-printed image of a man in apron and chef's hat standing next to an oven; man holds a large cake, and three other cakes are stacked on the oven; green and pink overglaze enamel; inscription on obverse and reverse.
