Description:
Two olive felt patches with chevrons at top; one has three olive chevrons and a curved stripe at bottom; other has two brown chevrons; both have a gold thread benzol ring in center of two crossed retorts.
Gallery Label:
These chevrons were worn by members of the U.S. Army Chemical Weapons Service on the upper sleeves of their uniform jackets. Two chevrons indicate a corporal, and three a sergeant.
