Description:
Silver metal charm hook; hook swivels on stirrup-shaped pincers with a metal bar which runs through holes at the bottom, the metal bar is in 2 pieces, one which screws into the other, with paste setting at each end.

This charm hook was in a jewelry box which belonged to Adelaide L. Livingston (1852-1909).
