Bronze struck uniface medallion depicting clothed male bust with legend beneath: "CHARLES PRATT/BORN MDCCCXXX DIED MDCCCXCI"; all within beaded border. Circular loop attached to the back of medal.

Charles Pratt was a nineteenth-century oil magnate and philanthropist whose firm merged with the Rockefeller Standard Oil empire. He was the founder of the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn.
