Description:
Flat-folding black beaver (silk) chapeau bras with two bands of black ribbon that extend diagonally from lower edge on front side, framing a capsule-shaped cockade with pleated black ribbon border and eagle insignia and button with same on gold ground at center; black ostrich feather plume; gold bullion tassel at each corner; in black painted metal case with hinged lid and handle.
