Bronze struck medal with obverse showing draped female head (Cybele) facing left, crowned with tiara and laurel wreath; surrounding legend: "FRANCO-AMERICANA COLONIA"; inscription in exergue: "CASTOR LAND/1796." Reverse shows allegorical female figure of abundance holding cornucopia with stack of wheat at left and tree at right; image of lion in exergue; with legend: "SALVE MAGNA PARENS FRUGUM".
