Rectangular case covered in black leather with leather handles, metal decoration attached to corners, and metal escutcheon and latch; inside, black leather satchel with folding sections, with compartments for 30 fountain pens; interior lined with purple velvet, with one side lifting away to reveal set of compartments, four glass ink bottles with paper labels, 1 wood container holding writing fluid, one eye dropper, and paper catalogue or manual.
