Description:
Struck silvered copper medal with obverse showing Captain Isaac Hull's uniformed bust facing left with legend: "PERITOS ARTE SUPERAT JUL. MDCCXII CERTAMINE FORTES/ISAAC HULL." Reverse shows a naval battle with legend: "HORAE MOMENTO VICTORIA" and exergual inscription: "INTER CONST. NAV. AMER./ET GUER. ANGL." Square dark-brown fitted shagreen case with cream silk satin and beige silk velvet lining.
