McClellan's / Army of the Potomac was copied from a larger(?) drawing by Lieut. Evers and made up from memorandom[sic] ideas given / me by him, and is this Thursday November 27th 1862 Furnished(?) by me to him as a Thanksgiven[sic] offering to his Wife. from / the sincere regard that I have for her Husband / Co'rad Freitag / To Mrs. C.P
