The Weisenbach company of Ohio, founded in 1981, specializes in “environmentally preferable” promotional materials. Howard Golden (b. 1925) was Brooklyn Borough President from 1977 -2001. The Bureau of Waste Prevention, Reuse and Recycling is part of the City Sanitation Department.
