Description:
Chestnut-brown lacquered wood handle, tapers to end. Cylindrical, seamed, metal ferrule. White bristles, damaged.
Gallery Label:
Devoe did not begin making brushes until the late 1870s. The company became F.W. Devoe & C.T. Raynolds in 1890.
