This copper colored metal ashtray has a relief in the center of the front of a 1930's car with large fenders and a long grill and the words "General Motors". Surruonding the image are the words "Who Serves Progress/ Serves America". From the GM Waldorf Show of 1937. See also 2002.1.293a and b for an identical item still in original box.
