Framed artifacts including scissors (2), harness buckle, musket strap clevis, Jew's harp, dinner knife (missing handle), brass stud, eye for hook, brass tack, buck shot, rifle bullet, clay pipe, fragment of pipe with Masonic emblem, American gun flints with leaden clips (2), British gun flints (unused), American gun flints (unused), English half pence (3), knee buckles (3), sleeve link buttons (7), and plain metal buttons (4). Label in center: "Found on site of Fort Washington / 183rd St. New York City / War of the Revolution / Field Exploration Committee. N.Y. Hist.l. Soc." and photograph labeled "Field Exploration Committee at work on site of Fort Washington June, 1922." Reverse of frame has label identifying objects, signed by W. Calver, and two photographs of the Field Exploration Committee excavating at the site.
