On the heels of a year that saw both massive protests and major organizing, the conversation on race in our country continues to evolve. Looking at the key social justice issues of our time—from police brutality to anti-racism activism on college campuses and the role of the Supreme Court—legal scholar Randall Kennedy explores the realities and imaginaries of race in America. 

Randall Kennedy, Michael R. Klein Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, is the author of Say It Loud! On Race, Law, History, and Culture. Nadine Strossen (moderator), John Marshall Harlan II Professor of Law, Emerita, at New York Law School, served as president of the American Civil Liberties Union from 1991–2008.
