Rectangular woven red ribbon with piece of tarnished silver thread trimming attached across top; embossed in gold: "Y.M.D.C./Organized 1870/CAMPAIGN"; ornate vignette of eagle beneath. Mounted on rectangular piece of cream mat board with sheet of mylar taped around.
