Description: 
Black and crème cardboard matchbook printed "YAMA / JAPANESE RESTAURANT" on the front has a graphic design printed of calligraphy. The bottom is printed "49 IRVING PL. NYC. (CORNER 17TH ST.)". The manumark is printed "EDDY MATCH - MADE IN CANADA". On the reverse above the striker is a continuation of the graphic design of calligraphy. Below the design appears small kanji, which may be the designer’s name. Below the striker "Ringo International New York, N.Y." is printed.
