Inscription: label at ribbon reverse, imprinted in black: "MADE BY/P. HENRY BREEN,/BADGES & ROSETTES/220 Grand Street,/Near Elizabeth, N.Y."
Blue silk satin ribbon with image of eagle and inscription imprinted in gold: "Y.M.D.C./Organized 1870/HOUSE"; metallic braid edging across bottom; black silk ribbon loop for hanging at top center of reverse; paper label with manufacturer's name sewn to upper section of ribbon reverse.
