Wrought silver waste bowl; rectangular, circular body seated on a molded, stepped base with a vertically applied, stamped anthemion footring; body flares to an applied, chased foliate and grape band rim; two cast bail handles with balls in the center on each side of the body; cast joints in the form of a woman's head set between foliate scrolls; joints applied over chased decoration; engraved, "W M B" on the center front; maker's mark stamped on the base.
