Dark blue transfer printed pearlware wash bowl with flared, scalloped edges; the central image (at the bottom of the bowl) depicts Justice holding scales, a sword, and laurels; a banner draped over a cornucopia reads "INDUSTRY THE MEANS PLENTY THE RES."; the border pattern is leaves and flowers
