Description:
Dark blue wool 4-pocket waistcoat; no collar, shallow V-neck; 6 buttons down the front, buttons cast with "GAR"'; back made from brown twill-weave cotton, with 2 straps at the small of the back which fasten at the center to a rectangular metal buckle; waistcoat lined with white twill-weave cotton.
