Description:
Yellow wool felt 3-pocket waistcoat; 3/4" open stand-up collar; 9 buttons down the front, buttons cast with shield-breasted eagle surrounded by stars; back and lining made of white cotton; 2 straps at the small of the back which fasten at the center to metal buckle with double-tongued chape; vertical slit pocket on left breast where lining meets outer fabric.
