Description:
Tureen with gild pine cone knop and interlacing reeded handles terminating in berry and leaf sprays; border pattern composed of a gilded band at the rim, bounded within by a blue enamel band, which in turn is bounded by a gilded iron red band; within this is a gold, scalloped line into blue diamonds at each point; the secondary border is composed of interlaced bands of blue and gold husks and a plain gold vine; at the center of each side of the tureen and the cover is a floral spray.
