A black woven silk ribbon with fine gold top and bottom border lines with a red flag with a stylized eagle behind a shield surrounded by a blue and gold cross above the words "Roumania/ Standard" in gold and blue. One in a series of collectible ribbons featuring Flags and Standards of the World. Given as a collectible premium by cigarette manufacturers, a paper label on the reverse reads "The American Tobacco Co., Inc./ New York".
