White and black matchbook with kanji calligraphy and English text; "19 East 49th Street, NYC / (Bet. Fifth & Madison Ave.) is printed on the front; the manumark is printed "RINGO INT'L INC. - NEW YORK, NY LM"; The reverse is printed "JAPANESE RESTAURANT / SUSHIDEN N.Y."; There is a nonfigurative design on the reverse. Printed on the saddle "(212) 758-2700"; The interior of the matchbook features a map of the immediate neighborhood around Sushiden's offices with Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick Cathedral, and Sakes Fifth marked. Below the map on the interior the matchbook is printed "SUSHUDEN AMERICA, INC. / (OFFICE) / 444 MADISON AVE., SUITE 213 / NEW YORK, N.Y. 10022 / TEL. (212) 758-2239 / FAX (212) 644-2942"
